What is up for today?

who knows... but why get me to the point where i'm so involved and then tell me you're not ready... when i never forced or asked for anything? it just sucks.

Well this turned out to be a pretty unproductive weekend...

I raced out of work Friday for a dentist appointment I thought I had.. even took my valium pill that I take when I go there a half hour before my son drove me in (he even got off work early so he could do this!).. I get to the dentist and turns out my appointment is THIS Friday.. not last.. so I had a buz going on for nothing...

and not the kind I like..

so that kind of blew Friday away..

then some time Friday night my internet and satalite went down... one doesn't realize how much you use either until you can't have either...

then my washer broke Friday too... Saturday they sent service over to repair but they couldn't.. promised me a replacement on Sunday to which they never came! ugggghhhhh

and on top of it Jack was sick as a dog.. high fever.. miserable.. i've never seen him so sick ever.. so I was taking care of him and hoping to hope that I don't catch it.. I REALLY do not want it~!~

I still don't think he's an asswipe but you're right I wouldn't have believed he wasn't right for me. Its all good though and I know that someone is out there.... and probably closer than I ever realized..

I've got a co worker who just came back from New Zealand.. isn't that were you are from Celia? She absolutely loved it.. spent three weeks there and is seriously contemplating a total life change.. and perhaps a move there.. she met a guy while there too, although he isn't the reason she is wanting to go back.. she says that is the bonus..

I really hate to lose her cuz I love working with her.. but.. I sure would love her to have whatever it is she wants in life..

Well I have Friday off.... turns out Mattel was listed FORTUNE Magazine’s 2008 “100 Best Companies to Work For” list and to celebrate they are giving us Friday off...

on the more negative note, my bosses boss asked why there was so much overtime in our group for the budget last year. So my boss asked me to find out where it all was.. I knew where most of it was,.. ME.... and a few in our documentation group. Turned out I had the highest amount of hours.. over 250 OT last year.. the next person under me had 80.. and the next after that 60... so... it will be me I am sure that gets told... NO MORE OT..

This is a new SVP we report to in the past 6 months.. he is way tighter with money..and I am sure with all the recalls last year they all need to be..

but just the same this is going to very much hit my checkbook...

Wow.. I do believe that an employee has been flirting with me on email...

I swear it is only one sided! I set up registration access for one of our intranet sites and I have to contact them via email to let them know they are accepted, not allowed, etc... Any way this guy starts emailing me and asking me questions.. like can I help train him on the site (I had already informed in him the first acceptance email who would be doing any training if needed).. and then he says.. or we could just walk to starbucks for pie and coffee instead..

ooh my, that does seem a bit flirtatious especially for coworkers.. whatcha gonna tell him sassy?

I kept ignoring his flirts and answered his business questions... I didn't want to offend but I didn't think it was appropriate either...

cuz fuck... I had a car accident in my new car on the way to work today. Fuck I'm pissed.. a guy wasn't paying attention (even though he had a ton of space between us) when I had to brake for the ones braking in front of me. I had like 3 car lengths and stopped (just in time).. then I look in my rear view mirror to see who was behind me.. This was AFTER I was at a stop.. there was like 8 car lengths between me and the next guy so I thought whew!! but.. he obviously wasn't paying attention.... so he hit me.. and pushed me into the car in front of me who was still at a stop..

FUCK......

Just stopped in to say hi to everyone! It seems quiet around here these days but I hope all is well.
